Cameron Barney is pleased to announce that it acted as financial adviser to Inatech in the sale of its IT Managed Services Business to Enrich LLC for an undisclosed sum.
Headquartered in London and a subsidiary of Glencore, Inatech is a leading international provider of cloud-based software to the oil trading, shipping and bunkering sectors. Its platinum Oracle Managed Services Business was viewed as non-core to that strategic purpose, so Cameron Barney was appointed to conduct a formal sale process.
